Exterior Alteration Application

Please complete application attached here and give to board member for any exterior improvements. This includes windows, storm doors, outside light poles, etc. See some excerpts from our Community Rules Handbook:

Application for installation of low voltage or solar ground / landscape lighting in the Limited Common Area will be accepted by the Board for review and approval after submitting an Application for Exterior Alteration. Application shall include the manufacturer and model number of the fixture intended for installation, together with a plan indicating location and quantity.

The Unit Owner/Resident must submit an Application for Exterior Alteration I
Improvement (See Attachment "D") and obtain Board approval before any
alteration or additions are made to fences, walks, patios, etc., or to any part of
the exterior surface of the building or grounds in general.
B. The Unit Owner/Resident must submit an Application for Exterior Alteration I
Improvement (See Attachment "D") and obtain Board approval before installing
patio gates and / or fences on Chateau and Villa style units. The Unit
Owner/Resident is responsible for all costs and must use the approved design
and specification available from the Board of Directors
