Doors & Windows

Doors and windows are the responsibility of the homeowner to repair or replace as needed. This includes the repair, maintenance and replacement of all windows, screens and doors, including the frames, sashes and jambs, and the hardware thereof. To replace windows or doors, please complete the Application for Exterior Alteration. Approval requires the replacement to be as similar to the original as possible to preserve our community appearance. If the exact model of windows or doors is not available, please include details with pictures of the requested model. Paint colors must remain the same and are available on this website.
