Exterior Alteration Application

Your exterior alteration/improvement application must be submitted and APPROVED before you begin your project. Be sure to read the Windsor Bridge at the Preserve Condominium Association Community Policies and Rules before you proceed for specifics pertaining to our Community. All alterations or improvements must occur within your Limited Common Area. Applications that deviate from pre-approved plans will have to be reviewed by the Association Board, which could take up to 30 days to complete.
